By ordering my commissions I assume you have read my TOS and agree with it. I will not be held responsible for any misunderstandings if not asked beforehand.

General information

- You're only buying a digital file, shipping or printing is not included

- Be sure to save your commission, I might not be able to have the original file after a while.

- I will not draw anything I don't feel comfortable with or don't want to draw.

This has nothing to do to you personally or the character.

- I only draw human-like characters (ears/tails are OK)

- I do not draw from pictures, I might make exceptions for streamers/youtubers (commercial)

- I don't draw from written descriptions, please provide colored examples.

- I hold the rights to the drawing, which means I can post it on my social media or promote my art with it. I will give you credit for being the owner of the character if you want to.

- You're not allowed to use it for anything commercial, which means you will make money of it. You can only use it personally, so as icon, background of your phone and similar stuff like that.

- Claiming as your own or editing the drawing in any shape or form is not permitted.

Work progress

I will make your commission between approx 1 or 3 months. This depends on complexity and size. Commissions that are less complex may take less and bigger drawings might take more.

Half payment is asked before the sketch. I will then send you a sketch and after you approve the sketch I will send you an invoice for the remaining amount.

After the payment is received I will work on the commission and will send you the final product.

- Payment is in Euro and I only accept Paypal for payment method.

- Make sure to notice me of any mistakes during the sketch fase, after the sketch fase only small mistakes can be fixed.

- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from your parents/guardians.

- In case of sickness I will notice you how long it will take for me to finish. If I'm not able to do your commission in 6 months you will get a refund if it's not in the lining fase.

- You can't cancel your commission after payment has been made, however if you don't hear from me for over 3 months you can ask for a refund. (I don't ever expect this to happen, I take my commissions very serious but this is just in case!)

I will always communicate with you how long your commission will take. If you have a certain date it has to be done by please let me know. This might means you need to pay rush fees depending on the deadline and size of the commission.

Commercial information

For commercial commissions the normal TOS applies except the part about commercial use.

- 1.5x price: Normal commercial use with credits and watermark in corner. (example: promotion art, game art, social media art.)

- 2x price: Normal commercial art for non bulk without credits and no watermark.

- 3x price: Commercial art for bulk without credits and no watermark. (example: merchandise, body pillow, cover art.

Bulk = When the art is used as a selling point of a product like t-shirts and other merchandise.
